How to use our On-Line Ordering 

Please note: This is the third stage of our on-line system. Full secure Credit Card ordering is now LIVE! and now includes Customer Registration as an option.

If you are an existing Credit Card/Switch Customer: All you need to do is place your order using our system and select the option stating that you are an existing customer. Please remember it is your responsiblity to ensure we have your current Card Details

If you are a OVERSEAS Customer: All you need to do is place your order using our system and complete the Card Details section of the form. We can ONLY despatch orders to the registered address of Credit Card holders and cannot send overseas orders to third party addresses. We will also not despatch overseas orders to Box No's. Finally, we regret we will not falsify the value of orders on Customs Declarations to enable customers to evade import duties, so please do not ask us to do so!

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept credit card orders from the following countries:- Any country in South America, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary or Indonesia. Order from certain countries, e.g. Malaysia & Thailand will be held for full Credit Card authorisation before despatch, regrettably this may take up to 10 working days
